Attended First Alliance Church in Great Falls, MT, 10:30am, service (not 9:00am) and found friendly, warm greetings and Godly worship, singing and teaching (1 John).

Arrived back at camp at 12:30 to blue sky, temps of 72 degrees, a sunny, pleasant afternoon. Wil cooked a great meal, I caught up reading about the westward and eastward Passes L&C traveled:  Lemhi Pass (in Salmon/Challis National Forest on ID/NT border), Lolo Pass Pass  (near Spalding, ID or wisdom, MT), Lewis and Clark Pass (in Helena National Forst near Lincoln, MT). Since they are all somewhat remote, we might opt where the entire Corp crossed August 1805 westward at Lemhi Pass, then move on northward towards Missoula, MT and possibly touch Lolo Pass.

We decided to stay another day here in Great Falls since Glacier National Park's westward access as well as Lake McDonald, where we planned to camp, are all closed due to fires and smoke.  We will travel up to the Park tomorrow early and try to get to Logan Pass access on the eastern side near St. Mary.
