We drove to a Calvary Chapel church about a dozen miles away. Afterwards, we were then able to locate the actual Locust Hill birthplace of Meriwether Lewis (1774). We took pictures of the private and VERY landscaped corner where it is quite impossible to see the actual home. Lewis' father Robert, purchased the house and 2,000 acres in 1730.
